Why do you ask my price first?

Because your number is the fastest way to know if we're a fit. If it works, we say yes and set up a time. If it's above what the phone is worth to us, we send a real counter with the reason, no lowball games.

How fast do I hear back?

Usually the same day, often within a couple of hours during business hours. A person reads every request, so you'll never get an automated number that changes later.

Do you buy cracked or broken phones?

Yes. Cracked screens, bad batteries, and phones that won't turn on all have value. Just be upfront about it so the offer holds when we meet.

Do you buy financed or locked phones?

Yes. A carrier balance or an account lock does not stop us, it just lowers the offer, because clearing it becomes our problem instead of yours. Tell us up front and the number we give you holds. The one thing we will never buy is a phone reported lost or stolen.

Where do you meet up?

Anywhere in Indianapolis and the surrounding counties. A little farther out? Ask anyway, we will usually still come to you.

How do I get paid?

Cash at the meetup is the default. We can also send Zelle, Venmo, or Cash App on the spot if you'd rather not carry cash.

Where do we meet?

Somewhere public in Indianapolis that works for you, a coffee shop, a grocery store lot, or a police-department exchange zone. Bring a friend if you'd like.

Do you ship?

Not right now. We're local-only on purpose: you keep the phone until you have the money in your hand, and nothing gets lost in the mail.

What happens to my data?

Factory reset the phone before you meet us and sign out of iCloud or your Google account. We also wipe every device again before it goes anywhere.

Only phones?

Phones are what we do best today. Tablets, laptops, and consoles are coming, reach out and we'll tell you honestly whether we can help yet.
