What to bring

What raises an offer
- · Screen and back glass are intact
- · Fully unlocked (no carrier balance owed)
- · iCloud or Google account already removed
- · Battery health above 85%
- · Charger, box, or case included
What lowers an offer
- · Cracked screen, cracked back, or bad camera glass
- · Carrier balance still owed (we buy it, the offer is lower)
- · Locked to an iCloud or Google account (same deal, lower offer)
- · Won't hold a charge or won't power on
- · Heavy screen burn-in or water damage
Financed or locked phones
We buy them. A carrier balance or an account lock does not make a phone worthless, it just means we carry the risk, so the offer comes in lower. Say so up front and the number we quote is the number you get. The only hard no is a phone reported lost or stolen.
Meeting up safely
We always meet in a public, well-lit spot in Indianapolis, a coffee shop, a grocery store lot, or a police-department exchange zone. Bring a friend if you'd rather. We check the phone together, you count the cash, and that's it. Most days, 9am to 8pm. Text is fastest.
